Caspian Technical and Logistical Services (CTLS) offers a local technical and logistical hub to foreign companies, who find it not cost effective to open their own technical and logistics service centers.
Our one-stop-shop approach addresses all our clients' logistical and technical needs throughout the entire life-cycle, from after-sales support, warranty delivery, technical maintenance, spare parts storage, ongoing trainings and on to the comprehensive management of the entire process.
Our on-demand technical and logistical services are carried out by the assistance and expertise of local professionals, offering local support with vast local market experience. The company currently employs more than 30 specialists across Logistics, Management, Finance, Technical Support, Storage Management, Mechanical Support and Training.
In accordance with your company's local contract requirements, we can hire additional specialists from other sectors as well.
Our clients are global leaders in their respective fields, including Security Center vehicle manufacturers, radio telecommunication companies, as well as the world's leading electromagnetic signals instruments company.
Our Facilities
Our 5,000 square meters, state-of-the-art facility is divided into the following sections:
General Offices
500 sqm of offices, which are fully equipped with communication and computers networks, including a dedicated fiber optic line, offering upload and download speeds of 10 MB/s.Training Center
Two large halls, equipped with a projector, screens and white boards. Each hall can accommodate up to 30 people. Using a sliding wall, the two halls can be optionally merged into one large lecture hall.Engineering Office
The facility includes a small engineering office that can support your engineering department. The engineering office can house specialized equipment and parts according to your requirements.
Technician Labs
Two fully-equipped technician labs with state-of-the-art equipment that can be used by your specialists in accordance to your support needs.Storage Warehouse
Three fully-computerized storage halls. Two of these halls are designed for fast-moving inventory, including fork lift access from the outside as well as inside. The third hall is a secured humidity-controlled warehouse with no external walls, designed for storage of valuable goods.Mechanical Service Center
One of our core competencies is the ability to provide mechanical maintenance and technical support. Our Mechanical Service Center includes a group of highly trained mechanics.
The center's 2000 Sqm hangar features:
- 14 work stations
- 4 movable 8-ton lifts
- 7-meters-high fixed 2-ton crane
- 15-meters-long steel ramp, capable of loading containers
- A wide variety of technical instruments
Paint Shop
We can provide vehicle repairs including, chassis repair, body works and painting. These services are performed in-house within our facility, which features a highly professional ventilated paint shop.Facility Features
• 24/7 Security Center - the facility is guarded around the clock by trained Security Center personnel. It is also equipped with 16 CCTV cameras that can be accessed by our clients from their mobile phones.
• Secured parking - the facility includes secured parking grounds, capable of accommodating 50 vehicles, which can be waiting for service or are parked after service. The parking lot is surrounded by a Security Center wall and is guarded around the clock by Security Center personnel.
• Air conditioning and heating - the entire facility, (except the hangar) is air conditioned and includes a central heating system for winter.
• Shower rooms - all employees have showers and changing rooms with their own lockers.
• Dining room - our dining room can accommodate up to 30 people in one shift. It includes a small kitchen and when needed, we can supply lunch from a local catering company.
